Great vibe and ambience! The food is amazing, authentic, and they do not use any color in the curries. This place is a hidden gem in Memphis with excellent customer service. Definitely worth a visit if you are ever in Memphis, TN!

We had such a wonderful experience at this Indian restaurant. From the moment we walked in, everything felt just right. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive — they made us feel welcome without being overbearing. The food? Absolutely phenomenal. Every dish was packed with flavor, fresh, and clearly made with high-quality ingredients. You can tell they really care about what they’re serving. It’s easily some of the best Indian food we’ve had in a long time. The place is also impressively clean and well-kept, which just added to the overall comfort of the evening. Service was prompt and thoughtful — any questions or requests were handled with ease. Hands down, the best Indian restaurant in town. We’re already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommended!

Had a huge group of people. We ordered a ton of appetizers for the table, all yummy and good portions. I reccomend the Taj Mahal beer, curry tacos, butter chicken, lime sauce, paneer, there was a lot we ordered so I forget what things are called. Food was authentic, nice atmosphere and decor. Service was very friendly and got all of our orders correct- it did take a while for our entrees to come out

I mean, what's not to like here! Top tier Indian food, nothing has disappointed from here! Flavors are quite lovely and pronounced, even when you order mild for the gf. The owner is super, commonly will come help wait tables, or just wait Ur table himself. Staff are happy and look like they love what they're doing. Let's not forget about the interior, very tasteful, and it is very in line with quality of surrounding restaurants. Top tier all the way, pricing is quite a bit cheaper then you'd expect considering the quality. Good job guys!

Went there as a food group, had an awesome host and we got a lot of food + ate it family style. There are multiple levels of spice and the goat I had was very spicy, nice and delicious. Enough options to satisfy everyone. Will be going again. The photo is our aftermath

Rutik is amazing boy here, taking care of all guests. I had wonderful Indian food at swagath restaurant at memphis. This is one of the best restaurants I've found across Tennessee and Kentucky. All staff is very cool and good. I appreciate for the wonderful food quality maintained by them. Must try it and enjoy.
